Membership in the society shall be granted as per provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws of the society.
Number of members to be admitted in the society from time to time shall be decided by the managing committee keeping in view of its capacity to serve the members
properly and for this purpose, the committee may take decisions not to admit members in the society for a specific period.
Resignation of members shall be accepted /governed as per provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws.
Expulsion of members shall be governed as per provisions of the Act, Rules and Bye-laws.
The society shall not grant Associate/Nominal Membership, only share holder membership shall be granted.
APPLICATION AND DOCUMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP
The applicant shall provide the following documents together with his membership application form obtained from the office of the society free of cost
Fully filled in and signed application form free from over writing/cuttings and corrections duly endorsed by one eligible introducer member.
The member who is already defaulter in payment of his loan installments/compulsory deposit or stood surety to a member making default in payment of loan installments/compulsory deposits, shall not be eligible to introduce a new applicant for membership.
The documents pertaining to his personal Identity - Aadhar, PAN, proof of his residence, proof of his income and business/occupation/profession upto the satisfaction of the committee.
Affidavit declaring that neither the applicant is a member of any other cooperative T/C society nor shall take membership in such another society before
resignation from membership of this society. The applicant shall observe all rules and proper discipline in the society and shall not act against the
interest of the society. It shall also be declared that neither the applicant runs a business parallel to the business of the society nor shall
engage/undertake any such business before resignation from the membership of the society.
No Objection-Cum-Undertaking by the Introducer member.
Proof of bank Account- Copy of Passbook/ Cancelled Cheque
The applicant should have resident or business or job in Delhi Cantt area at the time of admission.
Any other documents asked by the managing committee to satisfy its doubt at any point.
Being satisfied with the applicant, the managing committee may grant relaxation from submission of any of the above said documents.
